The California Canine Academy Campus
is conveniently located in Central California between the cities of
Atwater and Merced. Driving time to either city from the campus is
approximately 15 minutes.
This
campus is on three lushly landscaped acres, surrounded by over 60 acres of
pastures and spacious fields. The training and exercise areas are lined
with mature trees, grassy lawn areas, park benches and a doggy playground.
There is shaded seating within the training arena and a refreshing misting
system to keep cool during summer training.
There
are thirty-five natural climate custom built kennels which house our
dog’s year around. Our dogs and puppies are encouraged to play and
socialize in our spacious puppy playgrounds daily.
We have
wheelchair accessible facilities.
UPDATE:
We are outgrowing our current facility and are in search of 10+ acres
of property in the Merced area where we can build new facilities to be
able to train more dogs. Our organization teaches troubled/abused teens
how to train service dogs for people with disabilities. Please help us
find room to grow so that we can offer the community more programs.
